Entertaining itself is challenging whether you are a new host, or even a seasoned one. Between the menu, the bar and all the other elements that go into pulling off a great get-together, things can get overwhelming quickly!

Hosting as a couple can make entertaining a lot easier and a ton more fun, but it does take a little practice! As Sheila likes to say “it’s a bit like a dance, getting to know where the other person is, leading sometimes, following at other times” Overall, whatever couple means to you, having someone to work with will always make the end result that much better.

Sebastien and Sheila Centner are a US and Canada based couple who enjoy hosting so much, they’ve made a career out of it! 

Sebastien is the Founder and Creative Director of Eatertainment, one of the country’s top event planning and catering companies, (www.eatertainment.com) hosting over 1,700 events each year. Additionally Sebastien has built a reputation as an industry trend-setter, becoming a go-to source for inspiring at-home entertaining concepts as seen on TV, in print, and online.

In addition to being the driving force behind their legendary dinner/dance parties, Sheila contributes to the content strategy as she looks for new and emerging trends in entertaining. As an advisor to Eatertainment, she keeps the company's brand and concepts current in a highly competitive industry.
